Adam R. Touet, K.C.

Adam graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law in 2006 and was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2007. He is a co-founder of Avenue Law LLP and practices in the areas of civil litigation, employment law and aboriginal law. He has appeared before all levels of Court in Saskatchewan, the Federal Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, as well as various boards and tribunals. He is also a Qualified Arbitrator.

Adam is the current Past-President of the Law Society of Saskatchewan. He has served on multiple committees within the Law Society since 2022 and was a Saskatchewan representative on the Western Provinces Competency Framework Task Force in 2023. Adam has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada™ in the categories of Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Labour and Employment Law, and Municipal Law since 2024.

Adam lives in Saskatoon with his wife Crystal and their three sons. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching their hockey and baseball teams.
