Our family law team has broad experience navigating the complex or sensitive legal matters that arise when individuals begin living together, marry, or separate. Depending on the individuals, those issues may include negotiation of a cohabitation agreement or interspousal contract (commonly referred to as a “pre-nuptial agreement” or resolving issues that arise upon separation, such as parenting time (previously “access”) or decision-making responsibility (previously “custody”) for children of the spousal relationship, child support, spousal support, division of family property, or obtaining divorce judgments.
